36 of us are heading off for
Creation Restoration 7.0 (our annual mission trip) Sunday, June 11th
– Sunday, June 18th. We’d love for you be praying for us while we
are gone. Here is a daily prayer guide for you to use.

Day One (June 11th)
Pray for safe travel from
Huntley to London, Kentucky. Pray for
relationships to grow during the drive. Pray for the preparation of our hearts
for ministry. Pray that our own needs, desires, and comfort can be put aside
for others. Pray daily that God will touch their hearts and that they will
experience His grace in all they do.
Day Two (June 12th)
As we serve those who can’t
serve themselves, pray that compassion grows in our hearts. Pray that we learn
to really appreciate what we have. Pray that we understand that we are blessed
and privileged to be serving God and His creation.
Days Three, Four,
Five and Six (June 13th, 14th, 15th, and 16th )
Pray for safety and nice weather
as we begin our canoe trip down the Big South Fork River to remove discarded
tires from it. Pray that we learn how our actions have a direct effect on the
wonderful creation God has entrusted us to be stewards of. Pray that we are
moved to be mindful in our own lives, and to help others realize the effect we
have, either good or bad, on the environment.
Day Seven (June 17th)
Give thanks and rejoice with us
with what we have accomplished! Whether it’s having never canoed before, camped
before, shared where we are in our faith with
others, experienced God’s love, or one of the many other things our trip participants have overcome, we owe it to God
and our Creation Restoration 7.0 family! Praise God that we get to shower
today!!!
Day Eight (June 18th)
Pray for safe travel back to
Huntley. Pray that we adjust well spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
Pray that God would continue to work in our hearts after we return. Pray that
we would continue to be good stewards of God’s creation.
